Centralised Grease Lubrication System

Centralised grease lubrication systems eliminate the large and costly risk of machine downtime due to mechanical faults caused by poor lubrication. They are used in many different fields including paper mills and rolling mills, cement plants and marble working machinery.

These can be used to lubricate bearings, guides and chains. All our systems exclude the need for manual intervention insofar as they are self-managed, informing the operator of any anomalies by emitting a local and remote signal.

We essentially use the progressive or dual-line system, depending on the needs and type of machine. The use of volumetric dosing units, whether progressive or those for dual-lines by Dropsa, guarantees control over the quantity of grease distributed.

Moreover, these dosing units are modular and easy to put together. These characteristics allow operations on the dosing unit without the need to disconnect the tubes. The presence of a micro-switch or pressure switch allows control over operations, with a signal emitted in the case of any anomalies. The new version with “shut-off” valve allows lubrication to be interrupted in unused sections of the system.
